Tiny House near Lake Winnebago in Wisconsin
On one of my solo road trip adventures, I took a photography assignment that brought me to the G Farm near Appleton, Wisconsin. I was one of the first people to stay at this location. Part of my job, photographing for HipCamp, is to photograph the sites and write reviews so others can get an idea of the different options available.
The G Farm is an active farm where the owners raise cows, chickens, pigs and much more. There is even a farm store on site where you can purchase various items depending on the date of your stay.

The tiny house is located down the hill, away from the main road, and right on the farm pond. It is complete with dock for your fishing adventures or you can take the canoe out for a sunset ride! The dock is also an incredible spot to watch the sunset with a glass of wine, cup of coffee, or can of beer, in hand.
During my stay, the tiny house slept one, but since then the owners have equipped it to comfortably sleep 3 indoors now! You can also pitch a tent on the lawn for added space! The owners have also added window coverings since my original visit for added comfort and security.
The site has a wooden bench, picnic table, as well as a fire pit for your use! The perfect area to gather with friends or enjoy some solo peace and quiet.
The owners of the farm are so sweet. They offered a tour of the farm to see all the different animals they take care of. Being located near Lake Winnebago and Appleton, Wisconsin, gives you lots of access to other activities for your days and evenings during your stay!
