How To Make Homemade Dog Treats
Today I tried a super easy recipe for homemade dog treats from scratch! These dog treats only have 4 ingredients and are super simple to make. Plus the dogs love them!
1/2 cup Coconut Flour (you can also use regular flour, just change the quantity to 1 cup)
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup milk
dog bone cookie cutter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix coconut flour, peanut butter, and applesauce together until blended with spoon. Add milk until mixture is no longer sticky and forms a nice ball.
Using a rolling pin, roll between 2 pieces of wax paper to keep the mixture from sticking to the counter. Roll out until it reaches 1/4" thickness.
Take your dog bone cookie cutter and begin to cut out shapes. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Continue to reform and roll out the dough until all dough is cut into shapes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool down and store in an air tight container in the fridge.
